How do I get into treatment at Hitchcock?

HCFW offers open orientation Monday through Friday at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. No appointment is needed.

What does orientation consist of?

A brief pre-screen, about 15 minutes, to determine eligibility and/or appropriateness of treatment options.

If treatment is requested and appropriate, an assessment is scheduled.

if one has been completed within the last year a release is secured and an update is scheduled and the treatment process is initiated

Do I need insurance?

No, treatment access is available to those who are uninsured or underinsured. Hitchcock is supported by federal, state and local grants, corporate and foundation funding and generous gifts from churches and organizations. We also rely heavily on individuals to underwrite our programs and services.
