For nearly 40 years, we have helped women and their families recover and become “whole” again. Our treatment approach is woman-centric, helping women that are not only dealing with the chaos of addiction, but trauma, abuse, and mental health issues that oftentimes accompany addiction or are the root cause.
The Hitchcock Difference
We treat the whole woman with a “Woman-centric” treatment focus
We help battered and frightened women take control of their lives and their addiction
We’re the only center in the region where a woman can bring her children up to 12 years old with her while receiving treatment
What to Expect from Hitchcock:
Each woman has her own journey through recovery, and Hitchcock recognizes that while each women’s treatment needs are unique, all treatment and services at Hitchcock includes:
Clinical assessment and individualized treatment plan
One-on-one counseling with licensed, credentialed professionals
Group support and counseling sessions
A safe, homelike atmosphere that supports women as they begin their recovery journey
Family program that provides education and emotional support to the resident’s families and support systems
Focus on empowering women and overall wellness
Alumni program that encourages fellowship and connection once a woman leaves Hitchcock
The first step toward a new life begins with opening the door to Hitchcock Center for Women. We provide walk-in, on-site assessment services to both men and women that are ready to take the first step toward recovery. Men will be referred to community service providers. Walk-in assessments are available between 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or call 216.421.0062 to schedule an appointment.
