Dear HCFW Alumnae, Friends and Staff,

Mary Bazie, our Executive Director, has decided to resign from her position effective September 30, 2016. We thank Mary for her contributions to the agency over her 13 years of service, including the last eight as Executive Director.

Rest assured that serving our clients is the highest priority and we are committed to the successful operations and future of our agency. As a result, we plan to continue discussing partnership opportunities with New Directions - an agency that provides gender-specific residential treatment and programs for young women. These discussions will allow us to further examine collaborative efforts so that our agency can continue to be the place where healing begins for women and families.

We ask for your help to preserve our mission by spreading the word to the community that Hitchcock Center for Women remains the place for women wanting a better life without chemical addiction. You are our biggest advocates and we cannot thank you enough for your continued support.

We will keep you updated during this transition. If you have questions, please reach out to board members Steve Monto at 216.222.3562 or Deb O'Shaughnessy at 440.241.7974. And once again, thank you for your support of our agency.

Sincerely,
Hitchcock Center for Women Board of Trustees
