09 Sep Hitchcock Center for Women welcomes Jason Joyce as new Executive Director
Hitchcock Center for Women (HCFW) is proud to announce the appointment of new Executive Director Jason Joyce beginning August 17, 2020. “After a thorough search, we are excited to welcome Jason to Hitchcock,” said John Bacon, President of the Board of Trustees. “Jason brings a wealth of experience and leadership qualities that are in alignment with our mission, and we feel confident in his ability to lead our organization.”
Jason is a Licensed Clinical Counselor and Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. His areas of clinical interest include behavioral disorders, PTSD, co-occurring disorders, and developmental psychopathology. Jason has directed the development and implementation of community-based and outpatient addiction and behavioral treatment plans across Cuyahoga, Summit, and Lorain counties.
A strong believer in community advocacy, Jason is the current president of the Council of Agency Directors and Subcommittee Chair on Addictions for the Mental Health & Addiction Advocacy Coalition. In his free time, Jason enjoys home-improvement projects and theme parks with his family. Prior to joining Hitchcock, he served as the Chief Clinical Officer at Recovery Resources.
